Certyfikacja budynków od kilku lat jest standardem dla nowo budowanych obiektów. Zdążyliśmy już przyzwyczaić się do certyfikatów Breeam czy Lead nawet Platinium. Pojawiają się pierwsze mieszkania ze zrównoważonymi certyfikatami. Rośnie świadomość kupujących i wynajmujących. Developerzy starają się nie tylko sprostać oczekiwaniom ale je antycypować. Ale nie tylko developerzy docenili certyfikaty. W wyścigu po certyfikaty zaczynają startować miasta. Chodzi oczywiście o ISO 37120. Zbiór międzynarodowych norm ISO 37120: 2014, poświęconych inteligentnym miastom, został opublikowany w maju 2014 r. przez Międzynarodową Organizację Normalizacyjną w Genewie. W Polsce 10 października 2014 r. podmiot zrzeszony w Polskim Komitecie Normalizacyjnym – The Keryx Group – przedstawił dokumenty z prośbą o wdrożenie polskiej wersji normy. Prace potoczyły się od tego momentu bardzo szybko i norma została przyjęta już w marcu br. Co nowa norma w praktyce oznacza dla decydentów polskich miast? Po pierwsze, do tej pory idea inteligentnych miast była obszarem dość dowolnie definiowanym. Każdy – obywatel, dziennikarz, analityk, inwestor czy urzędnik – mógł określać wedle własnych potrzeb i interesów, różne aspekty jego zdaniem kluczowe dla inteligentnego i zrównoważonego miasta. Nowa norma to dokument obejmujący 100 wskaźników zawartych w 17 obszarach tematycznych dotyczących różnych aspektów funkcjonowania miasta takich jak: edukacja, bezpieczeństwo, finanse, rekreacja, zdrowie. Władze miast dostają narzędzie, które może być punktem wyjścia do rozmów z inwestorami. Ci ostatni powinni wziąć pod uwagę wspomniane 100 wskaźników w proponowanych miastu usługach. Wdrożenie normy pozwoli także porównać poziom i cenę usług wykonywanych przez daną firmę dla różnych samorządów. Norma może służyć jednocześnie lepszej konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstw gdyż umożliwia stworzenie równych warunków dla wszystkich podmiotów starających się o zdobycie miejskich kontraktów. Poza tym posiadanie certyfikatu będzie miało znaczenie w staraniach o fundusze europejskie. Dlatego zdecydowaliśmy się w tym roku poświęcić ISO 3712 sporo miejsca podczas konferencji. Następnym tematem, który gości nie bez powodu, jest oczywiście rewitalizacja. Widać już pierwsze efekty w Łodzi i Warszawie ale również w Gdańsku. Podczas konferencji pokażemy najciekawsze projekty w realizacji oraz problemy z którymi borykają się inwestorzy. Smart Buildings & Smart Cities Conference 2018
Certification of buildings has been the standard for newly built facilities for several years. We have already got used to the Breeam, Lead or even Platinium certificates. First apartments with sustainable certificates already appear on the market. The awareness of buyers and landlords is growing. Developers are striving not only to meet expectations but also to anticipate them. But certificates have been appreciated not only by developers. Also cities start to run the race for certificates. Certainly, it is the ISO 37120 certificate. The collection of international standards ISO 37120: 2014, dedicated to smart cities, was published in May 2014 by the International Organization for Standardization located in Geneva. In Poland, on 10 October 2014, the entity affiliated with the Polish Committee for Standardization, namely the Keryx Group, presented documents with a request to implement the Polish version of the standard. The work progressed very quickly since then and the standard was adopted in March this year. What does the new standard mean in practice for decision makers in Polish cities? First of all, the idea of smart cities has been quite freely defined so far. Anyone – a citizen, journalist, analyst, investor or official – could determine various aspects that, according to their own needs and interests, are crucial for a smart and sustainable city. The new standard is a document covering 100 indicators in 17 thematic areas concerning various aspects of city functioning, such as: education, safety, finances, recreation, health, etc. City authorities get a tool that can be the starting point for talks with investors. The latter should take into account these 100 indicators in the services offered to the city. The implementation of the standard will also allow to compare the level and price of services performed by a given company for various local authorities. At the same time, the standard may help to improve the competitiveness of enterprises as it enables the creation of equal conditions for all entities seeking to obtain urban contracts. In addition, having a certificate will be important when applying for European funds. Therefore, we decided to dedicate a lot of time and attention to ISO 3712 during this year’s conference. The next issue, which we will discuss for a reason, is of course revitalization. The first effects can already be seen in Łódź and Warsaw, but also in Gdańsk. During the conference we will present the most interesting projects in progress and problems faced by investors. We encourage you to take part in the discussion on innovative revitalization with the participation of all parties: developers, contractors and restorers.
